Terry Chu
Head of Jewels and Senior Director, Asia, Phillips

Terry has extensive experience in the auction industry. She is responsible for securing consignments to cater to a broad range of tastes, ranging from exceptional diamonds and rare coloured gems to sought-after signed pieces from some of the most important jewellery houses, alongside unique artist-designed jewellery.

Prior to joining Phillips, Terry had spent 14 years at Sotheby's Hong Kong, and served as the deputy head of the jewellery department. She is recognized as a key player in the region, forging relationships with international clientele of collectors and connoisseurs, and curating numerous successful sales in Asia.

Isaure de Viel Castel
Head of 20th Century & Contemporary Art and Senior Director, Asia, Phillips

Isaure supervises the 20th Century & Contemporary Art auction in Hong Kong and works closely with the company’s global 20th Century & Contemporary Art department to contribute to the sales in London and New York. Isaure joined Phillips from Sotheby’s, where she was responsible for launching the company’s first sale of Western Contemporary Art in Hong Kong, a sale she oversaw for four years, managing business getting and curating the sale. Prior to that she worked for eight years in Sotheby’s in New York and Paris, as a specialist in the Impressionist and Modern Art department and Contemporary Art department respectively. She started her career at Galerie Cazeau-Beraudiere (Impressionist and Modern art) in Paris in 2002.

Isaure holds Art History degrees from the Sorbonne and the Ecole du Louvre in Paris.

Thomas Perazzi
Head of Watches and Senior Director, Asia, Phillips

Thomas is responsible for securing consignments and selling Phillips’ watches with an emphasis on strengthening Phillips’ active client base and developing a network of top collectors across Asia. The Swiss-Italian auction veteran joined Phillips from Christie’s, where he was Head of the European Watch Department based in Geneva, spearheading many groundbreaking sales of important watches. Prior to joining Christie’s, he served as Deputy Director of the European market for Sotheby’s and Head of the Italian Watch Department for Antiquorum. As an international auctioneer, Thomas has organized iconic sales including Omegamania, Omega Speedmaster 50, Nautilus N40, and the Patek Philippe 175th Anniversary Sale.

Thomas started his career as a clerk for Antiquorum, spending two years reporting bids and sales results before becoming an auctioneer in 2009.
