Yearbook Wins Crown Award

In NYC last week, the Columbia Scholastic Press Association announced their Scholastic Crown awards. They describe this award as " The Crown Awards honor top student publications chosen from CSPA's members. Crowns are selected for overall excellence in a head-to-head comparison. Student publishing in news, magazine, yearbook or digital (online) formats are all-eligible.

During Crown consideration, publications are judged on their excellence as shown by their design, photography, concept, coverage and writing." This is one of the top awards given to student publications in the nation.

The 2018 edition of The Round-Up received a Silver Crown and solidifying our programs place as one of the top 10 middle school/junior high yearbooks in the country. I am attaching a couple of pictures from the ceremony and of last year's staff. If you need anything else, please let me know.
