Alumna writes novels filled with love and hope
Lisa Mercado Fernandez '83 writes novels about life and faith, love and loss. "It is so important to me to write characters that are real and strong yet not afraid to show their weaknesses or human side," said Fernandez. With two novels published and one being prepared for fall release, Fernandez is sharing a passion she has had since high school when she wrote scripts and had friends act them out.
