Hi, everyone! G reetings form COM. We are in the process of registering for our summer programs, Summer Safari (K-5th graders), Little Learning Zoo (6 weeks through Pre-K), and Fall 2019 for all Pre-school programs (6 weeks -3 years). The spots are filling up, so if you or someone you know is looking for quality care, please have them contact us ASAP (304-562-9170).
Coming up, we will be celebrating the Week of the Young Child, April 8th - 12th. We hope to make this a fun filled week of doing lots of the children's favorite things, having fun, and learning
We will also be scheduling a work day for our playgrounds, just as soon as we can have our mulch delivered. It seems the mulch we need is only manufactured at certain times of the year, so we are at the mercy of the supplying company as to when we will be able to cross that off our list. We will be sure to let everyone know when they can come and help out the COM children, if they would like.
Thanks so much for all of the support you give us.

A Lenten Journey of Love
As a spiritual pilgrimage during Lent, you are invited to take a special 6-week journey. You won't need extra clothes, there won't be much travel involved, nor will you have to spend a lot of money. The preparation will be mostly in your spirit.
Third Week: The Deed of Love
Take something you have made or bought to two or three friends who mean a lot to you, but for whom you rarely express your love-a pie, plant, apron, a small remembrance that has your love as a wrapping.
Lenten Bows & Nails: Be sure to take home a purple bow to hang from your lamppost, mailbox, or door to designate your home as a part of the Forrest Burdette family during Lent. Take a nail from the basket at the Connection Center to carry with you as a reminder of Christ's sacrifice during Lent.
Copies of 2019 Upper Room Disciplines Daily Devotional  are available at the Connection Center for $5 each.

Lily/Lenten Giving: Deadline is This Sunday!
This season, consider ordering Easter lilies or making an Easter donation. A 7" potted Easter lily (double stem) is $18.50 each and can be purchased in memory or in honor of loved ones. Or, make an $18.50 donation to the Building Fund in memory or in honor of loved ones. Click here for the order form. Forms with payment are due to the church office no later than this Sunday, March 31, 2019. If you purchase a lily, you are asked to take it home after the Easter services. Thank you!
