This Week at BJBE
April 30,  2018
A Note from Sally Sachar, Executive Director

Dear Congregants,

We are all riding very high today, two days after the amazing Totally 80's Gala.

What a huge success the evening was; what a wonderful chance for so many of us to be together, kicking up our heels, dancing to 80's tunes, eating fun foods and recalling so many 80s icons - Madonna, Cheers, Back to the Future, Stand By Me, The Breakfast Club, etc.

People were decked out in fun and festive costumes. I haven't seen that many tutus since I took ballet as a child or as much pink and green since I organized my highlighters.

Enorm ous thanks to our Gala Committee, led by  Michael  DiCocco, Bonnie Litch, and Sid Siegel. You put your heart and soul into it, and it showed in spades.

And immense thanks to so many of you who came out on Saturday evening and supported the congregation with your energy, creativity, and generosity.

Have a wonderful week!

-Sally
