Redevelopment Opportunities
1200 N. Meacham Road
CBRE and Colliers is currently marketing a 7.5 acre redevelopment site at thenorthwest corner of Meacham and Golf Roads. 90 North District Website
The 90 North District is located in the north part of Schaumburg and bounded by I-90, Roselle Road, Algonquin Road, and Arbor Drive. Regional and global anchors have already created a strong economic core at I-90 and Meacham Road at the heart of the 90 North District. Major anchors currently include the Zurich North America Headquarters, the Renaissance Schaumburg Hotel & Convention Center, and Motorola Solutions. Together, these anchors host 5,000 employees in the area every day as well as over 250,000 visitors annually just at the Convention Center.
The Village is in the process of launching a brand new website dedicated to showcasing all the opportunities available at 90 North. In the meantime, Economic Development Department staff has created the following webpage to provide you with an inside look at current plans and active projects in the district:

your clients by assisting in back filling existing vacant spaces and attracting new investment to the community. Staff manages an inventory of available sites on the village's website as well as actively promotes the inventory to new businesses looking to locate in Schaumburg.
