Yoga for Absolute Beginners
Tuesday, April 2nd

  • Learn several stretches and modifications to help your specific body feel more limber that you can quickly practice at home, or in the gym.

"My name is  Raymond Ortega. I am 24 years old and one of my biggest release if my day is teaching Zumba®. It is because of Zumba® that I look forward to my day what the next beginning will bring. I love this fitness class so much because this is a company that reminds us that everyone is important and there is no judgement while in this class. All through music and the many different dance styles/ rhythms of the world (a few being soca, merengue, choque, reggaeton, cumbia, salsa and haitian. I have been an instructor for the last 4 years. One of my favorite memories would be at this last convention we had instructors of all ages from 7-90. During our fitness concert I had tears because it was beautiful to see everyone happy there to let go for that class with no worries. In that moment I realized that Zumba® is truly for everyone, as my favorite slogan is For All by All!"


Zumba® is a fitness program inspired by various rhythms and dancing styles. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow dance moves that tone and sculpt the body. Some popular genres in my class are reggaeton, soca, hip-hop, cumbia, Urban and more! No dancing experience is necessary, just move your body and let the music lead you. Stop by. I guarantee you will have a blast!

The console is Bluetooth® compatible to share data with a smartphone and ANT+ compatible for heart rate straps and leaderboard pairing."


Santa Fe Century Training at El Gancho.
March 25, 2019 - May 13, 2019


El Gancho Cycling Classes taught by Jeff, Dora, Jan, KIm, Hugh, and Enita will cover topics preparing cyclists for the annual Santa Fe Century. Cyclists can also cross train using other fitness classes to get fit.

Outdoor Court Booking Guidelines

All of the outdoor courts are currently playable (unless we get more winter weather). If you'd like to reserve an outdoor court, you may call the front desk up to 2 days in advance to book your time. 

This means if you'd like a court for Wednesday, you can call Monday morning after 7AM to make your reservation. 
Since the club is closed until 2PM on Tuesday, you may leave a message with the front desk after 7AM and they will book your courts based on the order of messages.
