NIOSH Requests Input on Draft of First-Ever NORA for Musculoskeletal Health

ISEA has added an additional Qualified Safety Sales Professional (QSSP) class in 2018, to meet the growing number of safety sales professionals seeking to become QSSPs. The new class will be held on October 15-19, and will provide 40 additional enrollment slots to safety sales and marketing professionals interested in taking the popular QSSP program.
The new courses are part of ISEA's strategic initiative to provide quality professional development programs to broaden knowledge and competency in occupational health and safety.

Carbonic Systems, Inc., a distributor of gases for the food and beverage sector, has been
acquired by Airgas, Inc., an Air Liquide company.
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on May 1, at the Agricultural Arena on the University Park campus, State
College, PA. Representatives from Penn State's Pesticide Education Program will be on
hand to provide a display about Personal Protective Equipment and Pesticide Spill Cleanup
