SLS Brickell
But there was one person in particular that stood out and went above and beyond the call of duty, and that was your concierge, Ms. Kefyrah. I called on Saturday with request that normally would take at least 24hrs at other hotels and It was done and in place within 6hrs and before guest check-in. she constantly answer numerous phone calls and text even some after hours. She made it her business to get to know me and my clients and make sure that we were comfortable and very satisfied with the hotel accommodations. Even on her off day she never once gave an attitude for calling her cell about special request for things in and out of the hotel. by the last day of our trip, my client would call and ask me, "hey call Kefyrah and see what she recommends we do today, she awesome.
