We hope this email finds you all well. The Fall 2020 semester is almost coming to an end. We hope you are all hanging in there through finals week and find time to also rest and practice self care. Thank you so much to those that attended our events this semester. We hope to see you all next semester.

Immigrants Rising is hosting one final Community Celebration for 2020! It is titled "Our Voices, Our Stories: Undocumented Showcase & Open Mic", happening on Thursday, December 10th from 7 to 8:30pm.

CSULB Butterfly First-Gen Outreach

The CSULB Dream Success Center Butterfly Peer Mentors invite you to a panel discussion about their experiences navigating and thriving within CSULB. This panel is geared towards incoming first-time students and those interested in CSULB.
Queer Posada Fundraiser Event
The LGBTQ Center OC and Familia: TQLM invite you to a #QueerPosada on December 12th at 6pm via Zoom. Funds raised in this event will go towards supporting LGBTQ Immigrants through the LGBTQ Center OC's Immigrant Fund.
UndocuAPI Student Engagement Focus Group
Immigrants Rising will be hosting two student focus groups for Undocumented Asian Pacific Islander (API) Students to share their experiences in navigating higher education. Those who participate will be compensated for their time.
“Navigating Covid19: Reflections and Advice from and for Undocumented Communities”

With support from UndocuScholars at the Institute for Immigration, Globalization, and Education at UCLA, myundocumentedlife.org commissioned undocumented community members and allies to write about their experiences and reflections on navigating the effects of the Covid19 pandemic as it relates to the experiences of undocumented immigrants and their loved ones.

  • What your total transferable GPA is and how many transferable units you have completed.
  • What General Education plan you'd have to complete prior to transferring.
  • If you will complete an AA/AS or AA-T/AS-T prior to transfer
