What's happening at HF?

Greetings!

We hope this newsletter finds you well, happy and enjoying this beautiful fall season. Here are Holy Family, we are settling into the new academic year, welcoming back returning students and opening our arms to the Class of 2017. There are many wonderful alumni opportunities in the coming months; the opportunity to network, volunteer, reunite and come back to campus for a visit. We sincerely hope you'll join us for some of these events. Thanks for reading and staying connected.

Alumni Fall Picnic

Come back to campus for an afternoon of fun and networking with fellow alumni.

Father Mac will celebrate Mass for all alumni at noon in the newly renovated Campus Center (mega) Chapel!

Our event will begin at 1pm in the Campus Center 115 and extend out to the patio (weather permitting). There will be games, food and beer/wine.

A $5 donation gets you into the picnic. RSVP here by Monday, 9/23.

School Reunions

School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions

Join your fellow alumni, former faculty, colleagues and students from the School of Nursing and Allied Health Professions for an evening of networking, alumni recognition, and distinguished lecture presentation.

One continuing education hour will be given to all registered nurses who attend the lecture.

Chapel Expansion

Thanks to the generosity and creative thinking of the class of 2013 in their Legacy Gift, "Megachapel" became a reality. The Campus Center now features a newly renovated and much larger Chapel. Our campus community is blessed to have a beautiful and prayerful space to conduct worship services. We hope you'll check it out in person on on Sunday, September 29th for a special alumni Mass before our Fall Picnic.

Daily Mass is said at 1pm and alumni are always welcome.

ZUMBA @ HF

Every Wednesday at 6pm, Jenna Spadaccino '13 hosts ZUMBA class in the Campus Center. This class is open to students, staff, faculty and alumni and completely FREE. We hope you'll join us for some fun and exercise next week!

Volunteer Opportunities

Help us to "get the word out" to prospective students. Prospective students are all around us, but many know little about Holy Family University. Interested in sharing the opportunities your alma mater offers with these students? View the opportunities in your area here then contact the alumni office at [email protected] or 267-341-5017 to sign up for a fair.

The Holy Family University 25th Annual Golf Classic is being held on Monday, October 7, 2013. This annual event benefits student financial aid. The event is being held at the Springmill Country Club, Ivyland, PA. Alumni volunteer opportunities are available. If you are interested go to the link below and sign up.
