On Monday, March 19, Doctors in Recital presented a check for $52,000 to ASPIRO in support of our Positive Parenting services.
Positive Parenting provides intensive, supportive services for families in which one or both parents have an intellectual disability. Services include:
- Assistance with basic needs such as food, housing, clothing and transportation
- Linking families to physicians and other health providers
- Child Development Screening and Education
- Nutritional Screening and Education
- Parenting Education
- Home Management Education
- Information and Referral
- Social/Recreational Opportunities
- Case Management
