Read a Book and Make a Connection
A few spaces remain in this summer's Books@Work group

Books@Work brings professor-led literature seminars to CWRU. Over the course of 12 weeks, program participants will read and discuss three books. Along the way, connections will be made as open discussion flows. Those who are interested in getting to know faculty and staff from outside their program area and those who just love a good book are encouraged to participate. Books@Work is a Community Wellness option for the Wellness Program Incentive.

Global Wellness Day is Coming
Prepare for June 9th event by adding healthy behaviors weekly

Global Wellness Day is a social project dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global  Wellness Day is to ask the question, even if for just one day, "How can I live a healthier and better life?", to direct the thoughts of individuals and society towards "living well" and to raise awareness.

Each week leading up to the event, participants are asked to add healthy behaviors into their routine, this week it is to drink more water. Other weekly behaviors will be posted each Monday on the Wellness Facebook Page.
