A Message to our Community about COVID-19

As we all do our part to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we want to thank all of our followers and supporters. Some of you are in isolation, some are dealing with job loss and economic uncertainty.

Many are trying to manage care for children or seniors and manage careers or businesses.

Here at Ontario Shores, we continue to work with the Province and its Chief Medical Officer of Health to ensure we are doing everything we can to protect patients and staff while still delivering the essential mental health care Ontarians depend upon. While we all have different pressures during this unique and challenging time, we must adapt and be there for each other in new ways.

Please follow the advice of our government and health officials to ensure we do our best to protect our families, friends and neighbours.

Be sure to find respite from pandemic information and focus on the mental wellness of you and your family.

This newsletter is focused on not only what we are doing but also includes some suggestions for mental wellness for you and your family.
