Eastside Timbers & Thorns FC Update
March 16h COVID-19 Update
Because of the current circumstances surrounding our state, (see announcement below), we are following current safe office guidelines by reducing onsite staff at our office and facilities. Our staff have made arrangements to be available by phone and email as normal in an attempt to reduce in person appointments.

As a club, we are adhering to guidelines set forth by the OR Governor and OYSA during the ongoing CV-19 situation. It will be under their advisement that determines when it’s appropriate to reinstate club activities.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we get back to your phone calls and emails over this time period. Please stay safe and Go Eastside!
March 12th Announcement
All Club Competitive Trainings & Events SUSPENDED through March 31st! This decision has been made in accordance with the guidance of public health and medical professionals. As the number of State emergencies increases, we have decided to exercise caution in the interest of our soccer family. We appreciate your patience and support of this decision.
There is currently no vaccine to prevent COVID-19. The best way to prevent illness is to avoid being exposed to this virus. However, as a reminder:

• Take extra precautions and measures for personal hygiene

• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

• If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.

• Avoid close contact with people who are sick.

• Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

• Stay home when you are sick.

• Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash. If you don't have tissue, please use your armpit area.

• Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.

• Follow CDC’s recommendations for counteracting this disease
