$1,000 FINE FOR ILLEGAL DISCHARGE OF FIREWORKS The City of Azusa is committed to making this 4th of July holiday safe and enjoyable for everyone. If you are going to celebrate with fireworks, use the safe and sane variety and remember that they can only be discharged: July 4th from noon to midnight in residential zones May not be discharged at any other time or place May not be discharged north of Sierra Madre Avenue Firecrackers, bottle rockets and mortars are illegal!
