Summer is here and we couldn't be more excited about all of the great things that we have cooking. But first, let's talk about you!
As a commercial real estate broker that specializes in hotel and multi-family properties, my job isn't to only sell your properties, but to be a resource while you own your property as well! Here are some of the resource my team and I have developed or are working on for you:
- Workshop: I'm teaming up with several partners to bring you a workshop that makes a difference for your business. What topics are of most interest to you? Let me know in the survey below or simply reply to this email!
- Content: We're looking for great content to share with our Facebook groups (over 4,000 strong!), consumer e-newsletter readers, and our social media audience! Do you have informational, non-promotional, content you've developed about the area, things to do, etc? If so, share it with us here and we'll pass it along!
- Deals or Offers: Do you have a deal you want to offer our local residents or visitors? If so, submit it here.

- Reach New Audiences: The success of our Facebook groups has gone international! To meet the demand, we've partnered with a travel content and e-newsletter company in New York, i-media-international. If you're interested in reaching audiences in Latin America or the Northeast Corridor to promote your company, please reach out to Victoria Rossi, here or to me, by replying to this email. Prices are very reasonable.
In other news, so far, the year has been a great success. We've sold multiple properties since our e-newsletter last month and still have buyer's looking! Here is a quick update:
- SOLD: 4 units at 3201 NE 5th CT to all-cash buyers from Hungary!
