Reservations may be guaranteed by credit card and paid in two ways:

1-     Credit Card Payment:   Upon check-in, you will need to provide proof of identification and present the same credit card used to make the reservation. Attendees who will not be able to present the credit card used to make the reservation upon arrival, will need to fill out and bring the attached credit card authorization form to check in as well as a state tax exemption form (if applicable).

2-     Check Payment: Please send check to Great Wolf Lodge ATTN: Accounts Payable 2501 Great Wolf Drive Mason, Ohio 45040.  Please include your reservation names/confirmation numbers on the check and send state tax exemption form (if applicable) All check payment must be received 20 days in advance of the event and will be due by 5/14/18.
