Dear Customers and Partners,
We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone - a time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.
I want you to know you have our commitment to continue providing you with the products and services you depend on. For more than 25 years Spectrum has focused on our mission to empower our clients and restore function. This enduring mission guides us as we closely monitor, assess and respond to this situation.
These are troublesome times and our state a federal leaders are asking all businesses and individuals to self-quarantine except for essential services. In an attempt to respond to these mandates Spectrum orthotics and prosthetics will remain open but on a limited basis.
We understand that to many of our clients we are an essential medical service. For those clients Spectrum will continue your care throughout the closures and quarantines. Although our doors remain open, we are asking many of our non-essential staff to go home and look after their families. For the duration of the state and federal mandates, we are asking Spectrums clients to limit their requests to essential and medically necessary needs only.
We will have a skeleton crew working at all locations and our phone lines will remain monitored. For your continued safety please call the number you are accustomed to using and schedule an appointment if you need to be seen. This will allow us to ensure limited contact with other patients and the increased risk to exposure this presents. Please accept our apologies for any disruption this may cause in your care. These are truly unprecedented times and we are striving as a company to be a good citizen while still caring for those people in need.
