PerformFit with Jamaal Terry
Beginning March 16th
Mondays at 11am, Wednesdays 1:30pm and Fridays at 11am
Jamaal is an experience personal trainer certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. He will lead you through a holistic approach to your fitness goals, while focusing on improving performance, functional strength and mobility.
His coaching will include the ability to earn points with healthy lifestyle habits, hydration and recovery; redeem these points with fun prizes!
