Hands Only CPR & AED Training
Friday, July 20, 1pm
CPR can more than double a person's chances of survival. Learn how to save a life with the new Hands Only CPR method. Instruction will be from Northshore Firefighter Dave Glanz.

Dave will also give instruction on the automated external defibrillator (AED). AED is a lightweight, portable device that delivers an electric shock through the chest to the heart. The shock can stop an irregular heart rhythm and allow a normal rhythm to resume following sudden cardiac arrest. These devices are often found in public places, including airports, arenas, and the public library.
