Company Profile: Carney, Sandoe & Associates
Schools usually follow a particular schedule – from August to May, the rhythm of the school year tends to be routine and relatively predictable. Within that schedule, one would hope that any leadership change would take place in June or July to minimize the disruption to the school community. But search firms such as Carney, Sandoe & Associates know first-hand that while summer transitions are ideal for schools, they don’t always take place within that timeframe.
