During the latter days of the festival, we have suffered two losses in our TBE extended family:

It is with great sadness that I inform the congregation of the passing of Myrna Zinn, beloved sister of Barry Strom.

The funeral will take place at noon on Wednesday at  Riverside Memorial Chapel,  180 W 76th St. and Amsterdam Ave. in Manhattan

Burial will follow at  Sharon Gardens Cemetery,  273 Lakeview Avenue,  Valhalla , NY

Reception to follow at the Zinn residence, at  5435 Fieldston Road,  Riverdale (BRONX) NY.   Shiva will continue there: 

Thursday 5PM to 9PM

Saturday 5PM to 9PM

Sunday noon to 9PM

I also am greatly saddened to share with the congregation news of the passing of Janet Pearce, beloved sister of Alan Pearce, daughter of Ann and Saul Pearce of blessed memory, sister in law of Lynn, aunt to Carin and Greg Kalt and Nancy and Jeff Herz, and great aunt to Jacob, Mollie and Owen Herz and Jesse and Eli Kalt.

The funeral will take place on Thursday at 11:00 AM at Mt Ararat Cemetery on Long Island.  Shiva will be at Alan and Lynn's home, 101 Russet Rd in Stamford, on Thursday from 4-8 PM, with a shiva service to be held there at 7 PM.

May all the mourners be comforted among the mourners of Zion and Jerusalem.
