TO YOUR COMMUNITIES OF FAITH

Since the outset of the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus), the
San Francisco Interfaith Councili (SFIC) has collaborated closely with the San Francisco Departments of
Emergency Management and
Public Health, committed to attend daily briefings of the Community Branch stakeholders, arrange briefings for its key constituencies, employ its vast communication network and convey constituent questions to the proper authorities.
To date, all official notifications/recommendations issued by the City have been disseminated to the SFIC's 800 religious institutions, comprised of congregations, their respective judicatories, sectarian educational and healthcare institutions, and faith-based social service agencies.
In an effort to share best practices concerning coronavirus precautions being taken by these diverse constituent religious institutions, the SFIC is requesting that you forward links to all updated communications and directives sent to your communities of faith to Cynthia Zamboukos at [email protected]
in the next 48 hours. In turn, the SFIC will compile these communications on a special link on its website that will be disseminated in future communications.
