BRIAN SEYMOUR
Brian Seymour co-chairs Gunster's Real Estate Property practice. He represents clients throughout Florida who need experienced land use and property rights counsel. Since joining the firm out of law school, Brian has represented land owners and developers in matters of land use, zoning,
comprehensive planning and environmental resource permitting, as well as eminent domain, land use and constitutional property rights litigation.

Brian understands the role of the political process in land use decisions, regularly balancing legal rights and political realities in advising clients on how to achieve their goals in ways that makes business sense.

Brian has worked on properties and projects related to residential communities, retail, office and industrial developments, agriculture, mining, education and sports facilities. Brian's varied experience also helps him lead the firm's Real Property practice, which includes all aspects of land
use, real estate transactions, development, environmental matters and property rights litigation.

ROSA SCHECHTER
Principal
Rosa is a principal and general counsel of Avenir Holdings, LLC and the Landstar group of companies. In that capacity, she oversees all activities related to deal management and public outreach, and is also responsible for all legal affairs for the Landstar group of companies. Rosa has more than twenty five years of experience in all aspects of deal acquisition, approvals, finance, management, development, construction and sale, with a specialty in large scale, mixed use communities involving complex land use, zoning, approval, permitting and planning efforts. Rosa is responsible for creating and implementing project strategy, interfacing with governmental and community stakeholders, and guiding and managing consultant groups to achieve land use, zoning and development goals. For the past five years, Rosa has helped lead the approval and permitting efforts for Avenir, a planned approximately 4700 acre mixed use community in the City of Palm Beach Gardens. Rosa graduated from Harvard University with an A.B. in government in 1988 and received her J.D. from University of Miami in 1991. Following law school, Rosa worked at large law firms, including Baker & McKenzie and Kirkpatrick& Lockhart. She later served as general counsel for Centres Inc., a national retail developer, before joining Landstar in 2003.

Doug Bruk is the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kolter Homes and has been a member of the team for almost 13 years. He is a Real Estate professional with experience in all facets of Development and Home Building. Areas of expertise include Development Approvals, Land Planning & Development, Home & Clubhouse Design, Strategic Planning & Product Placement, Sales & Marketing, Capital Budgeting, and Construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance from Bentley University and had previously served as a project manager for Toll Brothers and WCI Communities in addition to serving in the US Army.

BRIAN TUTTLE
President
Brian Tuttle is the President and Owner of Tuttle Land Investments, a land development firm that identifies residential and mixed-use real estate opportunities in South and Central Florida, purchases the property and undertakes the process of correcting all the land challenges getting it ready to sell to an end user. The Tuttle family has bought, entitled, and developed more than 10,000 acres of land and over 5,000 residential lots in the Palm Beach, Broward, and Martin Counties; and the Orlando area.
 
His current major Palm Beach County project consists of the assemblage and development of Tuttle Royale, located in Royal Palm Beach on the south side of Southern Blvd. and just west of 441, which calls for 1,100 apartments; 500,000 square feet of commercial space, including medical offices and a 1,500-student charter school; and a 400,000-square-foot lifestyle and activity center with a 100-key hotel, restaurant space and fitness amenities. He is also developing areas in Parkland, FL and Martin County for future residential use.
