Partner Update - Dolphin Trust



We are delighted to share an update on the brewery in Berlin, Berliner Burger Braü, which used to brew the beer for Harrods in London and was bought for €10.4m in 2016. The picture above is from Lesley's inspection visit.

Dolphin gained planning permission and sold the site pre-construction for €16m approximately 12 months after purchase. This kind of deal is beginning to happen more and more due to the excellent opportunities that Charles Smethurst and his team have recently sourced.

SLR Wealth have been working with Dolphin Trust for 6 years and they have never defaulted on income payments or return of funds.  Clients are enjoying returns of between 10% and 12% per annum.
