2020 Virtual Holiday Marketplace

IAIA Students, Staff, Faculty, and Alumni Artists 

to Sell their Works on the IAIA Website

Monday, November 16, 2020 - Through the Holidays

SANTA FE, N.M - November 12, 2020

The Institute of American Indian Arts (IAIA) will present the 2020 Virtual Holiday Marketplace -- beginning Monday, November 16, 2020 through the holidays -- at www.iaia.edu/marketplace. 

Due to COVID-19, We want to keep our community safe while promoting the Art of our IAIA Community for the Holiday Season.

Through IAIA's Alumni Relations Office the school is bringing the Virtual Marketplace to life to help our IAIA Family find other ways of selling their art -- and encourage everyone to enjoy gifting these treasures for the Holidays.

Roanna Shebala (Diné/Zuni), Alumni Relations Officer and the producer of the Holiday Marketplace, had this to say about the 2020 Market: "The Holiday Market is one of my favorite events to attend for as long as I've been here at IAIA. Since becoming the Alumni Relations Officer and learning about some of the amazing artists that IAIA has cultivated, I'm so happy to help within my capacity to promote, uplift, and keep them safe -- especially from COVID-19. This is why I wanted to create this directory that is our Holiday Market. It will host our Alumni, Staff, Faculty, and Students. Unfortunately, we will not have an in-person market, but I hope this helps our artists. I look forward to when our Holiday Market is open to the public once again."
