Legoland Discovery Center is Complete! Final Shots are Here We finished up construction on another Legoland Discovery Center project - a renovation to the store's cafe and party areas. Victor Construction led the renovation in partnership with 845 Design Group and Legoland management. Renovations started in late 2017, wrapping up in February 2018, and include an updated cafe area with new in-house Starbucks (sure to be utilized by adult guests!), revamped lighting, paints, flooring, HVAC, and an overall reconfiguration of the event/party rooms. Construction Nearing Completion at Little Minds Learning Center, Naperville We are nearing completion on Little Minds, Naperville! Having survived the tundra of January/February, our team is enjoying the summery weather. Walls are painted, landscaping is in place... we are in the final stretch! Completed Renovations at Kimberly Clark, Romeoville Victor completed an office and warehouse renovation for Kimberly Clark. The project was awarded in late 2017, and finished in March of 2018. Project Manager Mark Riedy and Site Superintendent Sam Whitaker led the crew on this interior renovation for Kimberly Clark, including updates to corporate office spaces and warehouse. Kimberly Clark is a national retailer of global brands such as Cottonelle, Kleenex, Scott and many more. We are pleased to add them to our roster. Read More>>>> |

Check Out Victor's Work at Novaspect/Midwest Valve In partnership with Fitzgerald Architecture & Planning, Victor Construction was awarded an industrial renovation project for Midwest Valve Services, LLC, in Minooka, IL. Midwest Valve Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of Novaspect Holdings, Inc. offering comprehensive mechanical repair services, as well as modification, inspection and testing for all types of industrial valves and actuators. Meet our Team: Lauren Davies, Project Administrator and Bidding Manager Many of you know Lauren as the go-to contact for Victor project support - she assists Victors project managers on every phase of a project, from bidding to final completion, communicating daily with various subcontractors and clients. But in the evenings, Lauren devotes her time to creative pursuits. With a background in studio art, Lauren is continuing her art education at the International School of Comics in Chicago, working on illustration projects for her portfolio and beyond.
