Pastor Grant Applehans
"Oops!  I Screwed Up!  Now what?!"

Gentle Reader,
We all get tangled up now and again.  We get tripped up, and fall away from our goals.  But what about when the goal is about living as Jesus' disciple? The stakes are higher, even eternal when we get tripped up and fall away from that path. Come this Sunday and hear Jesus talk about the importance of staying on that path.  Come this Sunday to hear God's plan for us that fall away.  Come this Sunday to hear about two very different paths and the God who stands at the cross roads.  It might just change your life.

See you there!

Pastor Grant Applehans

HIGHLIGHTS
VISITATION TEAM

If you have a heart for connecting and sharing Christ with others through your presence, the Visitation Team has a place for you!

Our purpose is to keep the body of Christ connected by calling or visiting members who may be home bound, be in care facilities or just don't get out as much as in the past.  They may be experiencing grief, be ill or recuperating from surgery or illness.  The visits will include praying with the person and bringing Communion if this is requested.  If you would like to request a visit or a phone call, please let the church office or pastor know.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM YOUR CHURCH COUNCIL

"Give Back to Pay It Forward" is a celebration of St. Paul Lutheran Church's 150th Anniversary. St. Paul Lutheran has had a rich history over the last 150 years and we are looking at continuing that legacy well into the future. As a result we are challenging the entire congregation from, July 29th 2018 through the end of the year, to participate in a matching contributions initiative.

Several members of the congregation have generously offered to match any funds given that are above and beyond the regular weekly giving by the remainder of the congregation.

In order to have your contribution matched, please use your preferred method of donating (envelope, bill pay, online giving), but remember to clearly note that the donation is for "Matching Funds".

As the year progresses we will continue to update the congregation on the success of this initiative.

STAY CONNECTED.
STAY FOCUSED ON GOD.

We accept them all year round!
