For the  parents and families of St. Therese Chinese Catholic School

Dear Parents,

As the weather cools, we prepare for fall and all the exciting events at St. Therese.
Please join us at St. Therese Church for the Feast of St. Therese on Sunday, September 30.  For the whole month of October, there are special masses and activities celebrating St. Therese. This is also an excellent opportunity for your student to earn service hours! More information about this opportunity is on the Faith Formation Page of the website and with your student in Friday Folders.

A reminder that Progress Reports will be going home with students on Friday, October 5th. If you have questions or concerns, please email the subject teacher.

As you know, the 50-50 Raffle information has gone home. We kindly request that you ask friends and family to purchase additional tickets. The funds raised through this fundraiser will help our school purchase new technology and remodel another classroom into a Learning Lab! Our $1,000 Early Bird drawing will be on Tuesday, October 30, at noon. Thank you for your support of this important fundraiser!

Save the date for our Fall Fest on Friday, October 26. The SFA is planning many fun and exciting events for our PreKindergarten through 2nd students and their families. Look for flyers with details soon. We hope to see you there!

Best,
Ms. Lisa Deborah Oi
Principal

October Counts!  We are a community - a school and a parish and a neighborhood - and we would like you to join us at Mass during the month of October. Together we are the Body of Christ, working, living, and celebrating the difference we can make in the world.

1) St. Therese Students earn one service hour per guest who attends Mass with you in October. ANY School or Parish Staff member or can sign this flier. Bring a signed flier back to your homeroom teacher for service hour credit.

2) Additional service hours can be earned by attending the functions listed after Masses, THEN age-appropriate notes and reflections on the events can be turned in to Misters Howard and/or Flip for additional service hour credit.

DADS: Stay tuned for information on ordering a "Dad Jersey" in the coming weeks!
