Michael I. Hanley, Principal of NW Financial Group, LLC has been named to the Rutgers Business School Center for Real Estate Advisory Board for 2018. Members of the Advisory Board advise on curriculum, mentor students and participate in research and conferences. Mr. Hanley is an expert in the field of redevelopment financial analysis. He has provided consulting services for dozens of municipalities that produced billions of dollars of redevelopment investments.
In addition, Mr. Hanley brings with him 19 years of public finance experience and expertise. Mr. Hanley has been an innovator in the public finance community leading many complex transactions including over Forward Options, Cinderella Bonds, Redevelopment Area Bonds and Convertible Capital Appreciation Bonds.
