Please contact your assigned advisor or supervisor if you have questions. March EAP Spotlight: Remaining resilient through change

This month's Employee Assistance Program topic provides guidance on overcoming the stress and anxiety of changes that happen throughout life. Whether you're facing personal changes at home or new challenges on the job, there are ways to remain resilient and come out on the other side. One of the techniques highlighted in this month's newsletter is connecting with your support network. A support network can include family, friends or a professional counselor available for FREE to all SCS employees through our EAP partnership with the Methodist Healthcare Living Well Network.
