Making summer memories: How will guests talk about you?
We recently heard from someone whose trip to another destination was spoiled by repeatedly bad customer service.

Vacation memories are a collection of little moments. How you treat visitors can be the difference between a mediocre vacation and a wonderful experience that visitors long to repeat.

As you cheerfully greet the rising tide of summer visitors, keep in mind that you may very well feature in their vacation stories after they return home. Whether they remember you with praise or irritation is up to you.

Plan ahead, and have the resources on hand that you need to be a welcoming and friendly guide to all that Sonoma County has to offer.

More than 500 events are scheduled in Sonoma County in the next two months. A few highlights are listed below, and y ou can view our complete calendar at  sonomacounty.com/events . And don't forget to check our listings of all the wonderful things to do in Sonoma County at sonomacounty.com/things-to-do.
We hope these resources will help you throughout the summer travel season. And many thanks for all you do to welcome visitors to our beautiful region.

Tina Luster
