What a whirlwind of travel Nate just had in Guatemala and Costa Rica!  These past two trips were for our local staff retreats in both locations.  Nate worked with the full-time staff in each country to train them to be led by the Holy Spirit so that powerful ministry can happen. Each retreat included praise & worship, preaching, teaching, and a time of bonding.  We firmly believe that a successful mission trip happens when the staff are pointing everyone towards Jesus while supporting the local church.

We can't say enough good things about our full-time staff that make these retreats possible. Our seasonal staff are loved and supported in amazing ways because of the intentionality of the full-time staff.  They are the heartbeat of our operations in each location!

Each location is set up for a season of supporting our local pastors, helping ministry happen, and being ready to minister to the teams that come as well.  We are expecting about 1,500 missionaries to  come serve in Guatemala and Costa Rica alone!

Hello everyone!  I'm so happy to announce that my mission trip to the Bahamas March 23-29 is FULLY FUNDED! Thank you so much for your support.  I hope that you will continue to pray for me and my team as we go serve.  I am excited to see how God will use us all!

Nate will take the last of this international trips for this season and head to Baja California, Mexico - March 10-14.  Nate will be working with two of our staff to host a time of vision casting for our Baja pastors, train the staff, and look at ways to expand our ministry partnership farther south in the Baja Peninsula.  

Please keep these days of travel in your prayers.  Pray that our staff and pastors would be encouraged and strengthened in their callings.  Also pray for Laura and the kids while they are home...it takes a lot to keep the family moving and Laura does an amazing job!   Keep up to date with Nate's travels by following him on facebook and instagram.
