The Last Hours of Humanity?

"The Last Hours of Humanity" is a 12-minute documentary video that was published on April 1, exactly four years ago--by Thom Hartmann, a "big picture" journalist that I've been following for two years.

It wasn't an April Fool joke then and it's not one now.

You can watch that piece later this blog. In it, Mr. Hartmann points out that we are rapidly approaching critical tipping points regarding climate change--and, in 2014, was calling for urgent action by global leaders everywhere.

Apparently, no one was listening. Before watching the video, take a look at three charts that I include in my latest presentations. They show how things have deteriorated with respect to a few climate-related indicators since 2014:

With that hard data in mind, take a look at what Thom Hartmann had to say on April 1, 2014--in a well-researched 12-minute documentary featuring some of the world's most respected scientists.

Like he says at the end of this film, please share this info with everyone you know.

Finally, a bonus for leaders.   Private Page. For Leaders Only.

Looking for Opportunities to Speak in 2018.  Since 2016, my research, writing and speaking has been focused on the sustainability of our ecosystem, our civilization and our future as a species. With an emphasis on food choices, I call it the "most important topic in the history of humanity."

After all, what could possibly be more important to humans than the survival of our species?

Upcoming Talks: In April at the vsh.org in Honolulu and Maui. In May at the College of the Holy Cross  in Worcester, MA. In October, a possible booking at a Chinese Nutrition Association event in Nanjing, China.
