Dear All,

I write you today with sadness in my heart to have to dispel any and all of the factually incorrect statements Dafna Tachover continues to make about me and the lawsuits I am involved with on the issue of 5G, the FCC and EMFs. 

In addition to there being factually incorrect, libelous, slanderous and possible defamation of character statements coming from Ms. Tachover towards me and the legal actions I am involved with on this issue, she also may have also encouraged key people leading whole communities in my own area not to vote for me for Congress, despite my being the total under dog, not the incumbent, I have acute EHS, am a cancer survivor and really struggling to get the word out due to my own health problems when in the antennas, which I must be in order to campaign - in my shielding no less. 

No matter what ones personal goals are, to try and destroy someone's ability to get a foot in the door of the very belly of the beast, Congress, the people who wrote the laws that are today slowly killing us, is in itself reprehensible, but this is not what I am initiating legal action against Ms. Tachover over.  The recent email I received from one of my most generous funders caused me to finally take legal action to protect myself against this slander and/or defamation coming from Ms. Tachover and protect the financial well being of our lawsuits.

The only reason I can think of for this attack against me and behind my back is I may be seen by Dafna as competition to her fund raising/publicity efforts on behalf of herself and/or the amazing CHD (Childrens Health Defense), a group that I truly admire but which Dafna is now affiliated with.  I have also made CHD aware of this legal action against Ms. Tachover, as I believe due to Ms. Tachovers affiliation with CHD, she may be using the good name of CHD to add weight to her smear campaign against me to funders and possible voters and undoubtedly, everything she says, true or false, now has that much more weight with the good name of CHD behind her. 

As proof to you that what Dafna is saying about me is false and that we are indeed working with the Campanelli firm and that we are in fact filing suit (we are also still with our "pro hac vice" (Latin legal term for when an out of state attorney works with an attorney licensed to practice law in that state) firm from the Erin Brockovich film, but those contracts will be signed when we are ready to file, hopefully within the next week give or take, I have attached the first and last pages of a heavily redacted version of the retainer agreement I recently signed between the Campanelli firm (our NY attorney) on behalf of Peoples Initiative Foundation, our non profit through which we have been fund raising for these lawsuits against the FCC and to stop 5G.

In closing if you are receiving this email and you are in my area, please know how committed I am to stopping 5G and the other issues I speak of on my website...

Please also know that a vote for me is a vote to stop 5G, regardless of whether or not I win.  If I win, great, I will fight like no other for our rights to health and life.  If I don't win but get votes, at the very least, our current Congressman will see that this issue is important to people and it would be wise for him to stop ignoring us and address it.

In closing, if you are in my area, please do vote for me tomorrow, Tues., March 3rd and please copy and past my website from this email or this email in its entirety using the link at the top of the page and pass it to others in our area.

And finally, we had an AMAZING plaintiff for our Northern CA legal action to stop 5G but they had to drop out at the 11th hour.  So this lawsuit is still open to an EHS person or person with cancer or cancer in the past or other health problems that could be effected by a 5G antenna due to go in in their area or already installed.  Although not necessary, our preference for this court is an EHS plaintiff with a child or children who are also EHS, their names would of course be kept anonymous, never to be released to the public.  You court costs and attorney fees will be covered by the non profit, we would only ask that you pass our donate link around.
