American Solutions for Business Volunteers at Habitat for Humanity
 
Glenwood, MA  A team of American Solutions for Business employees dedicated a full day building for Habitat for Humanity in Alexandria, MN.
 
"This was such an awesome opportunity for everyone involved," explained Justin Zavadil, ASB President. "Not only did we help move a family one step closer to home ownership, but our team got to work together toward something good for the community. That's what we're all about."  
 
ASB recently introduced Volunteer Time Off to all employees in the home office as a value add to employees and the community. This decision allows American Solutions for Business team members to make a greater impact on the area they live and work.

We're searching for the promotional products industry's best bosses. (Yes, they do exist.) While it may be easy to remember the not-so-great bosses we've come across in our careers, the good bosses are typically taken for granted and deserve recognition.
 
PPB wants to hear about the impact your boss has had on building your workplace's culture and the lessons they've shared with you while helping you develop as a leader in your own right.
 
Individuals selected will be featured in the October PPB magazine. All nominees must be affiliated with a PPAI member company and may not be a previous honoree. Deadline for nominations is July 9, 2019.

PPAI provides a variety of research to its members and the Market Outlook Report (MOR) is one of the most popular and helpful. ITR Economics has been producing this quarterly report since 2014 with its insightful look at broad economic forecasts and trending, plus leading indicators for the promotional products industry reaching down to the supplier and distributor level. The report is written in plain language with actionable insights for PPAI supplier and distributor members of all sizes. ITR has a 99% accuracy rate with its forecasts!
 
An important part of the MOR is a summary of member survey information. To make this part of the report as valuable as it can be we need more survey participants...especially suppliers...and here are some reasons why it makes sense for you to participate:
  • It's a short (14 questions) survey.
  • Your information is kept in strict confidence by ITR. It is not shared with the association nor any other business or non-profit agency. It is used only in a consolidated manner in this summary report.
  • The complete MOR, with survey information, is available only to those members who participate in the survey.
