Primaries Still Pending, Early Rates Ending, and more from MACo

Maryland's gubernatorial primary election may have been last Tuesday, but multiple county races are still in the balance. Local Boards of Election are busy canvassing votes, and results won't be final until absentee and provisional ballots are tallied and all votes are certified. With the possibility of recounts squarely in play, the certification process could drag on for several weeks.
