ANNUAL GOLF OUTING

In conjunction with NJSA's Executive Leadership Conference, the Golf Outing will be held on April 24 at the historic Atlantic City Country Club

From the official opening of the course on June 18, 1898, the Atlantic City Country Club has enjoyed a rich history and many well-documented "famous firsts."

We invite you to reserve your room at The Borgata for Tuesday and join your colleagues at NJSA's Golf Outing at the historic Atlantic City Golf Club. Not comfortable on the links? Plan to come early anyway for the casual get-together on Tuesday evening sponsored by Citrin Cooperman. And, of course, you will not want to miss our Gala Reception on Wednesday night at the Immersion Spa, sponsored by Access Capital and World Wide Specialty Programs.

WEBINAR: RETAINING TALENT IN A COMPETITIVE MARKET

"Retaining Talent in a Competitive Market"

Thursday, May 24, 2018
12:00 - 12:45 p.m.

Cost:
FREE For NJSA Members
$99 for Non-Members

Who Should Attend:
Executive and workforce management professionals; staffing, recruiting, and workforce solutions professionals; company owners; corporate executives; search and placement professionals; sales and business development professionals

Overview:
For many organizations, the challenge of developing an effective team of employees is viewed primarily as a matter of recruitment. To this end, employers spend a great deal of time and energy on the mechanics of hiring, often ignoring an equally, if not more crucial factor in the workforce talent equation: Retention.

In order to succeed and grow, employers not only need the best employees they can find, they also need to match the right individuals for each role - and they need those individuals to stay engaged, fulfilled and committed to the organization's long-term goals.

In this webinar attendees will learn:
  • Targeted recruitment plan
  • Synchronize recruitment and engagement
  • Branding as part of recruitment
  • Social Recruiting
  • Diverse workforce
Speaker:
Mike Menzer is currently the Managing Director at the Staffing-the-Universe Family of companies, including Rotator, Industrial, Medical, and Block Staffing Services. He is responsible for overseeing a team of 30+ Recruiters and Sales Personnel, in addition to personal production within both sales and recruiting.

Mike has spent the last 10+ years working in various management roles for Staffing-the-Universe in addition to other large, international staffing firms. Mike has experience in a variety of verticals and industries within both the Contract and Direct Hire space. In addition to his Management and Operational responsibilities, Mike also currently manages accounts responsible for $3 million in annual contract revenue, in addition to $1 million in direct hire fees on an annual basis.

In addition, Mike currently sits as the Chairman of ASA's Search and Placement Policy Council, is on the NJSA Board of Directors and is very active within ASA, NJSA and local organizations. Mike volunteers time towards many industry and personal causes and has been a part of a number of conferences as an expert speaker and trainer.
