Young Jewish Leadership Summit Highlights

We were honored to participate as a sponsor at the Young Jewish Leadership Summit hosted by Turning Point USA in Washington DC's Museum of the Bible this week. We extend a  special welcome to the Summit participants who signed up for our newsletter. You are outstanding individuals. We enjoyed meeting you and talking with you.

Thank you to Sophia Witt who invited us to the event. Sophia showed her love of Judaism and respect for a culture of life
by reaching out to us and giving the Summit participants an opportunity to learn about life issues in a Jewish forum. Incredible!

Thank you to Charlie Kirk who recognized us during his remarks on Wednesday morning. His positive comments prompted a nice round of applause from the audience, bringing me to tears.

Thank you to Rabbi and Mrs. Daniel Lapin who came over to our table to introduce themselves before the Rabbi delivered his inspirational message.

Thank you to Dr. Hoffman of Yeshiva University, whose article on Down Syndrome was a valuable resource on our table.

Thank you to an anonymous artist who donated sensational graphics that we turned into postcard sized handouts on our table.

Thank you to an anonymous printer who sent us lovely knit shirts with our logo to wear while we tabled, and to our financially supporting friends who helped us cover our expenses while in DC.

All of the speakers were terrific, and their speeches will soon be uploaded to the Turning Point USA Youtube channel.

We want to extend a special thank you to Jaco Booyens, whose animated and biblically based presentation included a call for action to rescue unborn children from abortion.

Also, a thank you to Dennis Prager for traveling from the West Coast to  share his keen insights, including this gem alluding to the large contingent of secular Jews who advocate for policies that contradict the moral and ethical foundations of Judaism. "The Jew is a messenger who has forgotten his message."

Hearing this, we felt humbled that the Jewish Pro-Life Foundation was in the room carrying a message deeply rooted in Jewish principles - respect for innocent human life and reverence for Almighty God who creates each one of us in His image so that we can think, speak and act with justice, mercy, and lovingkindness towards all God's creation during our time on Earth.

We often mention that Judaism was                                                   the first religion in human
history to ban child sacrifice. This week was the first time in human history that a Jewish audience had access to viewing Touch of Life fetal models. Many visitors to our table were amazed at the level of development of even the 1st trimester babies. Looking at these models, very quickly it becomes obvious that children in the womb are alive, human, and growing, rather than inanimate, non-human blobs of tissue as we have been told for decades.
Please let us know of tabling opportunities in your neighborhood so we can bring our life saving message to more Jewish audiences. Together we can save Jewish lives and heal Jewish hearts.

We have a few t shirts left to give away. We'll send them to you upon request!
