Several Chamber Members Now Back Open on Main Street

There is still a lot more work to do and some big decisions to be made for business owners on Main Street in Historic Ellicott City, but we are happy to report that several of our members are back open and ready for your business.

Manor Hill Tavern and La Palapa Grill & Cantina are both serving up their delicious food again. We are working with La Palapa right now to host one of our upcoming Chamber events! Main Street Oriental Rugs is also open.  In addition, o ur official Chamber Photographer, Pam Long, of Pam Long Photography has continued working both behind the camera, and helping her fellow business owners with their massive cleanup efforts since the flood.

There are many other businesses that have either reopened or plan to, some that have decided not to return, and some that are still trying to make a decision, but Visit Ellicott City is still a great source for the latest information on those lists.

We are also continuing to work with our members and community partners to do what we can to aid the relief efforts for the people and businesses of Historic Ellicott City. Visit Howard County has put together a comprehensive list of the places you can donate funds, time, space and skills, along with a list of upcoming fundraising events. You can find more information about all the ways you can help at  www.visithowardcounty.com/ecstrong/.

If you are a business with spare office, storage or retail space that a dislocated business could use, please email  [email protected] with the location, amount of space available and how long it will be available.
