LAUNCHING... MAYNARDS TO THE MOON!
Are you ready for this assignment?
MMM, TMC, Arizona Daily Star, Rio Nuevo, Tucson Ortho and Blue Cross Blue Shield of AZ invite you to walk to the moon.
Let's celebrate and demonstrate our healthy community as we approach the 50th anniversary of the Apollo moon landing in July of 2019.
Stay tuned for instructions about how you can join the walk. It's not too soon to put together your team, or you may decide to walk on your own. Watch the miles grow in a weekly tally in the Arizona Daily Star. Compete for prizes along the way.
Your assignment, should you choose to accept it:
- Register online for Maynards to the Moon (instructions to follow)
- Tally your miles walked/run, other than MMM each Monday.
- Compete for prizes for you or your team
- Wear the official Maynards to the Moon mission bracelet (you'll see :-)
- Tell absolutely everyone about Maynards to the Moon.
- You don't have to be a MMM participant to join, but it will be much more fun!
- We have a whole year to get this done...BE THERE!!!
