Victor Hill Commerce Center is well under way to completion with Building B scheduled for completion by the end of August, followed by Building A’s scheduled completion for the end of September. A streamlined construction process on both Building A – 545,127 SF and Building B – 285,240 SF has enabled an increase in efficiency facilitating rapid progress and a fast-track schedule for completion on the Victor Hills Commerce Center project. The finish line is in sight!
Due to modifications needed to overcome site work challenges, construction mobilization launched on-time at the end of October 2018. Which required modifications to extensive mass grading and excessive topsoil placement. In addition to, unexpected weather challenges caused by an increase of rainfall impacting construction progress. Under knowledgeable team leadership and collaboration with stakeholders, the project overcame several obstacles to exceed all expectations and continues to readjust and accelerate construction towards completion.
Building B
As of Mid-June, Building B has completed 100% construction on walls and structural steel. Progress continues with roofing & MEP’s nearing completion, as well as 50% of site paving in the 3-week outlook projection. 
Anticipated Completion Date: August 2019
Building A
The 3-week projection outlook for Building A expects 100% completion of construction for panel erections, steel erections, and roofing. In addition to, making headway on construction of MEP and site paving activities.
Anticipated Completion Date: September 2019
