The Network is Honored with 2019 Andrew J. Thomas Award
On June 19th, at the AIA New York Chapter's Annual Meeting , the Network was presented with an award in recognition of its role as "the hub for New York's nonprofit supportive housing community -- connecting providers, government agencies and the private sector." We were honored to receive this award on behalf of our community.
There were a number of bills for which the Network was advocating and following at the end of the historic 2019 legislative session including rent regulation, prevailing wage, and Office of Mental Health housing bills. The Network summarized the session for members...

Ahead of the July 1st start of the City’s Fiscal Year 2020, the Mayor and City Council reached a handshake deal on a budget of $92.8 billion on June 14th.

On May 22nd, developers, architects, contractors, and other members of the affordable and supportive housing community gathered for a training with HPD and Con Edison to learn more about the processes, best practices, and milestones to ensure projects proceed on time...

Network members are invited to free trainings on conflict resolution provided by MH Mediate and the CUNY Dispute Resolution Center. An in-person training on August 16th will cover listening, conflict resolution, addressing challenging behaviors, and more.
