IMPORTANT INFORMATION

FAMILY SCIENCE NIGHT & ART SHOW, TONIGHT 6-7 p.m.
   
Please plan to join us for this fun family night of STEAM activities AND come and enjoy viewing student art as Mrs. LeRoy will be setting up an art exhibit in the Parish Hall. 
PTF will be selling pizza and water for $2.00/slice.  Cash and credit will be accepted.  The Scholastic book fair will also be open.

Elementary Field Day Note: Tomorrow is our field day, but there is a possibility of rain. Depending on the weather, we will make a decision by 8 am if we will be able to keep our field day plans or if we will need to reschedule for later in the school year. 

RE-ENROLLMENT-
Re-enrollment is currently underway.  Instructions are printed below.  Please contact the school office if you have any questions or need help with the process.
  1. Go to our website and across the headline, choose Parents.
  2. Select ParentsWeb.
  3. Log-in to RenWeb. This will be the same log-in information that you used last year. The district code is STME-TX.
  4. On the left-hand side, choose the 3rd option: Family Information.
  5. Select Enrollment/Reenrollment. This will open a new window for Online Enrollment. Your child/children's name should be listed with the hyperlink: Open.
  6. For returning students, the majority of the information will carry over from last year and auto-populate.
Note about the registration fee:
There is a non-refundable registration fee $235.

SUMMER SENSATIONS IS HERE
Our summer program is underway!!!  You can now register for our summer camps on our website.  We have camps for all ages - Tiger Cubs for ages 3-5, and Tigers for ages 6-13.  There are sports camps, art camps, Science camps, baking and more.  Something for everyone!!!  You must register on this this year and you can pay directly using PayPal.  Call or email Emily Sanders if you have any questions.  You can reach her at:  [email protected] or call her at 210-494-3509.

NINSA IS COMING - THURSDAY, APRIL 26TH, 5:30-7:30
What is NINSA? It is St. Thomas' annual celebration of Fiesta. It stands for Night in North San Antonio. Every class will have a booth, so there will be about 16 different booths and games with prizes. Flamingo Rey's food truck will be here with lots of food options such as hot dogs, Frito Pie, snow cones, and more.  Nothing over $6.00 - cash or credit cards. Order forms to preorder tickets have gone home. So mark your calendars for Thursday, April 26th and plan on joining us for a family fun night!  You can click here for a copy of the order form.
NOTE:  It looks like we will have cascarones available for sale at the event that evening - they will be $3.00/dozen.

UNIFORM NEWS
We have chosen Flynn O'Hara Uniforms as our new uniform supplier, and we are in the process of choosing our pieces and hope to have everything in place soon.  Meanwhile, we do have many used uniform pieces in the school office should you be in need of something.  If you run into a particular problem, please let the office know and we will find the best solution.  We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. 
  1. This coming school year will be a transitional year for uniforms for our pre-k 4-year-olds and Gift of Time students.  We will be offering uniforms that are simple, practical, and age-appropriate. In 2019-2020 uniforms for pre-k 4-year-olds and Gift of Time will be required.  
  2. Next year will be a transitional year for our elementary students, meaning that students can wear their Parker uniforms from this year as we transition into the new uniforms.  The following year will be our new uniforms only.
  3. We are taking this new opportunity to make some changes to our current uniforms.  We will keep families informed as soon as decisions are made.  Thank you for your patience and understanding.
