Assalamu Alaikum,
Dear RSA Parents, Guardians, Students and Staff,
We pray that this email reaches you in the best of health. As we move into the online learning platform, and to make sure our students continue receiving the same quality learning material and instruction, as if they were present in school, the following action plan will be in effect starting Monday, March 16th, inshaallah:

Pre-K and KG classrooms: Subject teachers will use
Seesaw
as the online learning platform. All announcements, assignments and activities will be shared with parents on a daily basis.

1st and 2nd Grades: Subject teachers will use
ClassTag
as the online learning platform. All announcements, assignments and activities will be shared with parents on a daily basis.

3rd-12th Grades: Subject teachers will use
Google Classroom
as the online learning platform. All announcements, assignments and activities will be shared with students on a daily basis, following their regular school schedule.

For several subjects, teachers will also use Google Hangout/Google Meet to provide live instruction for students.

By now, all parents should have received invitations as guardians to join the online learning platforms that works with their child/children grade level.

It is the parents' responsibility to make sure they accept the invitation, become active and follow up with their children's online learning on a daily basis.

Remember, these days are counted as school days. Students are required to complete the assigned work for all their 8 periods on a daily basis by the end of the day.

Teachers will be available everyday from 9 AM till 2 PM to answer any questions and give instant feedback.
The school will be open tomorrow, Monday, March 16th from 9 AM till 11 AM for any student (must be accompanied by his/her parent) to pick up any books or sign out a chromebook.
IF YOU HAVEN'T YET, ALL PARENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE AND GIVE CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING ONLINE EDUCATION SURVEY.
