A Message from Mr. Hackenson
Dear Parents,

We are closing the third quarter of the school year and all report cards will be available online ONLY. You can access the report card through the headmaster portal on our website. If you are unable to access the online report card, please contact Ewa Mamro for additional help. Report cards will be available on Friday, April 13. Families with large outstanding balances will not be able to view report cards.

In addition, we will be dismissing at 11:00AM on April 13th. There will be NO buses available at dismissal, no aftercare and no lunch served.

Our Administration, Faculty and Staff hope you have a restful April vacation and we look forward to the fourth Quarter of the year.

PreK Graduation - June 5

Important Dates to Remember

Report Cards & Early Release April 13th

Please be sure to have all accounts up to date so that your child(ren) will receive their report card. All report cards will be available online via Headmaster portal. No paper report cards will be given. In order to view the report card(s) please follow the steps below:

  • Go to St. Joseph School website - www.sjs-webster.com
  • Click on "Parents" (top, right corner)
  • Click on "Headmaster portal"
  • Log in
  • Click on "Report card"

Also, students will be dismissed at 11:00 a.m. There will be no bus service available, no lunch served and no after care provided.

Home and School Association News
Comedy Night Tickets Can Now Be Purchased Online!!
The Home and School Association will be hosting its annual auction on April 28th. The event will be held at the Riverside Knights Banquet Hall, 1017 Riverside Drive, North Grosvenordale, CT. Dinner will be boneless, stuffed chicken breast with vegetable, potato and gravy. Comedy entertainment will be provided.

Doors open at 5:00 p.m. for appetizers, cash bar, and auction preview.
Tickets are $35 per person.

***IMPORTANT UPDATE:
ENTERTAINMENT BOOK FUNDRAISER***
If you have not purchased or returned your unsold Entertainment Book, please do so by Friday, April 13th. If returning an Entertainment Book, please include your name and grade with the book. Books WILL NOT be accepted if damaged. Unfortunately, several books were returned to the school without names and we do not know who dropped them off. Families that have not returned their unsold books, will be billed $25. We need to close-out the fundraiser immediately, so your cooperation is greatly appreciated!

Sports Banquet
The Sports Banquet will be held on Saturday, April 21st from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at the PACC, 37 Harris Street, Webster, MA.

The 45th Annual St. Joseph Polish Festival
June 15th, 16th, and 17th
The 2018 Festival is quickly approaching. We, as the main committee have been meeting on a regular basis. Anyone interested in being involved in the Festival is welcome to attend any of these meetings. Worcester Railers
The Worcester Railers have clinched a playoff berth in their inaugural season and St. Joseph School students, parents, and friends are invited to attend their first round games. Please use the following link to order your tickets. By doing so, St. Joseph School families will be seated together. Also, all children in attendance from Catholic Schools will be invited down to high five the players before the game. The school that sells the most tickets will be invited to manage the "Chuck-a-Puck" on Sunday evening.
