Shane Mahat- First Grader of the month

Shane is a bashful 1st grader who also possesses a quirky side. He shines
in the Art Room. He loves any and all art projects, even if it's just Mandala coloring to relax the mind. 1st Grade science experiments also get Shane excited! Anytime a new first grader joins NBGC, Shane is the first to volunteer his services by showing them the ropes.

Shane is no stranger to the Gym either - especially when the activity is basketball or dodgeball.

When the sun is shining, this 1st Grader is sure to be found outside reading or drawing.

Amberly is one of the most vivacious and brightly spirited 2nd graders at the Club. She has come so far since last year. Now Amberly is positive role model amongst her age group. Never taking life too seriously, Amberly is always laughing and spreading her good vibes and natural happiness throughout the Club.

Amberly is involved in many programs at the Club, many of which are National B&GC programs. She participates in Power Hour, Triple Play and Garden Club. Going wherever the wind blows her, Amberly graces all the staff with her presence each day - no matter what the activity is going on and I can say without a doubt that all the staff always look forward to her arrival.
