'Open Choir' Last Chance! Sunday, June 23
Ed Yasick would like to extend one more opportunity to the entire congregation to join us for 'open choir' opportunities this coming Sunday, June 23. We will be singing familiar anthems that can easily be learned before the services. We would love to fill the choir loft. Grow in faith through the stories of historic Saints who followed Jesus.
'Pilgrimage' immerses participants through hands-on experiences: role playing, games, music, art, scripture and food. Traveling' in small groups (guilds) encourages friendships. A special Adult Guild more thoroughly explores the concept and practice of faith pilgrimage.
'Pilgrimage' will visit different Medieval locations at CPC each evening.
Come and explore!

Are you willing to paint backdrops or put together the decorations for Pilgrimage? Please contact Medora Hix at  Medora.hix@carypresbyterian.org
or Valerie Short or Meredith Bullis.  We also need small group guides, and certain craft leaders and helpers. A separate Sign-up Genius will be out shortly to sign up in various helping and leading roles.

BE KNOWN! Wear your name tag!

Need a name tag?  Need a new name tag?
You can do one of these things:
  • Write "Need a name tag" next to your name in the Welcome Book
  • OR sign up for a name tag at the table by the TV in the Narthex. As soon as yours is ready it will be on that same table.
Keep it where most convenient on one of the name tag racks.
THANKS!

Experiences, Understanding, Definitions of Grace
What grace looks like, sounds like, feels like....
On Sunday, June 2 worshippers were invited to write and share brief reflections about Grace...  experiences, meanings, what grace sounds like, feels like, smells like. Click here to see the array of responses , captured as best as possible, some multiples condensed into one.
Apologies if I missed  yours or read it incorrectly.  To read and type these in one sitting was an experience of grace  in and of itself!

Thank you. Peace and Grace be with you!
