Summer News and Reminders
PowerSchool Access Disabled
PowerSchool access for Alexander Graham parents & students has been disabled for summer. It will return to service the week before school starts in August. If you student mentions seeing a course schedule online, please tell them that what s/he sees today may not be there tomorrow. Staff work throughout July and August to build course schedules and balance classes. Preliminary student schedules will be available at open house in August. Homeroom teachers will deliver the REAL schedule on the first day of school.  
Summer Reading Projects
Just a reminder...all students must complete a reading project over the summer. The assignments for each grade level are on the AG website here .
Attention parents/guardians of rising 7 th graders
North Carolina state law requires students to have 2 additional immunizations by the 1 st day of 7 th grade (August 26, 2019): Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) and Meningococcal vaccine. 
Mecklenburg County Public Health Department will have Saturday hours over the summer. To schedule an appointment please call 704-336-6500. 
Proof of immunizations must be turned in no later than the first day of school. Please contact the school nurse, Mrs. Ahdieh , in August if you have questions regarding your student’s immunization status or 980-343-5810.
